Shortly after Ron Ten Berge joined Schering Plough Healthcare Products, he picked up his young family straight out of graduate school from California and moved to central New Jersey. It was 1999 when he did this. 


He expected this move to be a 2-year assignment and hand selected a team of people from sales, finance, IT, customer service and built a new go-to marked strategy on how to manage customer trade funding programs.
